A. Bonanni et al., MAGNETOOPTICAL SPECTROSCOPY ON DIGITAL MAGNETIC HETEROSTRUCTURES, Physica status solidi. a, Applied research, 164(1), 1997, pp. 331-334
Reflectance difference spectroscopy (RDS) and photoluminescence spectr
oscopy on digital magnetic heterostructures are presented. From the an
gular dependence of the RDS spectra, signals due to interband Faraday
rotations and signals originating from crystal anisotropy, can be dist
inguished. The Faraday rotation follows the Curie-Weiss behaviour with
an antiferromagnetic temperature of -6K corresponding to the nominal
ion spin concentration in the magnetic barriers.
