Abstract
An IgG(1) mouse monoclonal antibody (CAb1) was produced against human recombinant p33(ING1). The antibody is able to recognize native and de natured antigen in ELISA and Western blot protocols, respectively. CAb 1 can be used to specifically detect the p33(ING1) protein in dot blot and Western immunoblot protocols of both human and mouse cell lysates . In addition, this antibody is also useful for cellular localization of native and ectopically overexpressed p33(ING1) protein by indirect immunofluorescence.
