Abstract
Two different Aspergillus nidulans recombinant strains producing eithe r the Aspergillus nidulans alpha-L-arabinofuranosidase A or a Candida molischiana beta-glucosidase have been constructed. Depending on the g rowing conditions, the modified strains produce up to 4 or 18 times mo re beta-glucosidase or alpha-L-arabinofuranosidase activity levels, re spectively, than the wild type strain.
