Abstract
In order to evaluate adequately mammographically-detected breast lesio ns, adherence to a strict protocol is essential, Otherwise, small lesi ons may be missed and difficult differential diagnosis made harder, In the handling of these lesions, good communication between the patholo gist, radiologist and surgeon is essential.
