Abstract
Meniere's disease is an uncommon cause of dizziness or hearing loss in children. Clinicians must maintain a high level of suspicion to make this diagnosis in the pediatric age group. Careful attention to histor y and diagnostic testing can help in differentiating Meniere's disease from other more common childhood conditions. Treatment is similar to adult patients and may be tried empirically in difficult or suspicious cases.
