Abstract
Lymph nodes are commonly seen in the breast tissue on mammographic exa mination but reports of findings suspicious of metastatic change are f ew. Two patients with intramammary lymph node metastasis detected by m ammography are presented; in both of these a change in the intramammar y node over time was the major reason for mammographic suspicion of br east cancer.
