Abstract
Honey bees were solicited from beekeepers all over the state of Missou ri during 1995, Ten bees from each of 30 samples were selected and the right forewing removed and measured, The wing length were recorded an d analyzed. Missouri bees were found to have a significantly longer fo rewing length than Africanized bees. A baseline of data was establishe d for comparison of Missouri bees with bees suspected of Africanizatio n.
