Abstract
In this paper, it is proved that there exist morphisms among certain m oduli spaces of stable vector bundles with the same ranks but differen t Chern classes over the projective plane. As an application, we show the rationality of the moduli space of rank-3 stable vector bundles wi th the first Chern class c(1) = 1.
