Abstract
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of an irreducible knee dislocation ca n help physicians evaluate associated bone and ligamentous lesions. Ho wever, caution should be taken when interpreting the images because th e capsuloligamentous interposition seen in irreducible knee dislocatio ns may be misdiagnosed as a meniscal lesion.
