Abstract
TRANSFAC, TRRD, and COMPEL are databases compiling data and expert kno wledge on various aspects of the regulation of eukaryotic gene transcr iption. We have interlinked these three databases, and crosslinked the m with other data sources available via the World Wide Web. Here we pr esent the resulting structure of the information network, as well as t he results of statistical analysis of data integrated over the three d atabases.
