Abstract
We developed a complex of programs for identification and analysis of individual transcription factor-binding sites and more complex regulat ory regions, ConsInd and MatInd are designed for building site consens uses and weight matrices; ConsInspector and MatInspector recognize sit es by these criteria. GenomeInspector reveals correlations between ele ments of gene regulatory regions. The application of this software is exemplified with the yeast genome.
