Abstract
High pressure behavior of Mn2SiSe4 with the olivine structure is inves tigated using X-ray diffraction. The pressure-induced olivine-spinel p hase transition in the 20-40 kbar ranee is accompanied by formation of intermediate spinelloid compounds. (C) 1997 Published by Elsevier Sci ence B.V.
