In this paper we present a new caracterization of the the limit loads
of an elastoplastic structure governed by a plane stresses Hencky mode
l. Each one of these limit loads amounts to be the infimum value inver
t of a nondifferentiable minimization problem over the space of self e
quilibrated stress fields. To compute these limit loads, we propose a
regularization method which seems like the one used for the generalize
d Norton-Hoff material in the work of FRIAA [7].
