Abstract
The temperature dependence of the inter-and in-plane complex conductiv ities of YBCO thin films in the millimeter-wave region (75 similar to 170 GHz) has been measured by using a Mach-Zehnder type interferometri c spectrometer. Furthermore, the weak magnetic field dependence of the relative change of the London penetration depth is also studied. The results of these measurements are consistent with the recent theoretic al predictions assuming d-wave pairing. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science B.V.
