DEVELOPMENT OF A REGIONAL METROLOGICAL IN FRASTRUCTURE IN SOUTHERN AFRICA

Like other regions in the world (e.g. EU, NAFTA, APEC) Southern Africa , too, is aiming at a closer regional cooperation in the field of metr ology and therefore at the establishment of an appropriate metrologica l infrastructure. The following report gives a survey of the planning of such infrastructure and of the possibilities of implementation.
