This paper generalizes the experience of the Cutting Tools Manufacturi
ng Laboratory at The University of Roussel Bulgaria in developing, res
earching and exploiting new cutting tool designs for the rolling of in
ternal threads with diameters above 50 mm. It presents a number of con
ditions which pre-determine an effective method for the formation of i
