Abstract
We present a case of anomalous left pulmonary artery with complete tra cheal cartilaginous ring-''ring-sling complex''-demonstrated using CT angiography and respiratory dynamic CT. A maximum intensity projection image and multiplanar reformatted image of CT angiography and respira tory dynamic CT can demonstrate anomalies in the anomalous left pulmon ary artery.
