Abstract
A transport aircraft control surface has been designed and manufacture d which demonstrates liquid molding technologies. This paper describes the Liquid molding processes developed for manufacturing the aileron. The tooling development, manufacturing process, and quality of the pa rt produced are discussed. Recommendations for further work are provid ed.
