Abstract
We propose an extension of an algorithm invented by S.A. Alshebeili, A .N. Venetsanopoulos and A.E. Cetin (1993) for MA models parameters ide ntification. The purpose is to obtain an identification method that ca n be applied: after sampling, to band-limited third-order stationary s ignals while existing identification techniques apply to clock synchro nous signals that are in essence non-stationary.
