The malignant lymphomatous polyposis with its typical pathological fin
dings is a particular type of the non-Hodgkin's lymphomas. It has a po
or prognosis with mostly letal outcome. Even with polychemotherapy com
plete regression is achieved rarely. We present the case of a 64year o
ld male patient with MLP showing affection of stomache, duodenum, ileu
m, colon and rectum. Despite of the proceeded stage this patient is no
w following 4 courses with CHOP-chemotherapy since 13 months in comple
te regression. 18 months after diagnosis he has no complaints.
