Abstract
The malignant lymphomatous polyposis with its typical pathological fin dings is a particular type of the non-Hodgkin's lymphomas. It has a po or prognosis with mostly letal outcome. Even with polychemotherapy com plete regression is achieved rarely. We present the case of a 64year o ld male patient with MLP showing affection of stomache, duodenum, ileu m, colon and rectum. Despite of the proceeded stage this patient is no w following 4 courses with CHOP-chemotherapy since 13 months in comple te regression. 18 months after diagnosis he has no complaints.
