Abstract
Relativistic corrections in the electromagnetic transition operators f or the E2/M1 ratio in the gamma N-->Delta process are investigated bas ed on a chiral quark model. The improved result shows that the effect of the relativistic corrections plays a desirable role in the ratio wh en compared with our previous calculation.
