Abstract
The MURCS association is traditionally regarded as a disorder limited to the female sex. It has been hypothesized that men displaying the co mbination of azoospermia, segmentation abnormalities of the cervicotho racic spine and renal anomalies may have a male analogue of MURCS. Her e we describe a patient, vith non-obstructive azoospermia and Klippel-F eil anomaly type II and suggest that this may represent another case o f 'MURCS in the male'.
