Abstract
We complement the study of the asymptotic behavior of the dynamical th reshold neuron model with delay, introduced by Gopalsamy and Leung, by providing a description of the dynamics of the system in the remainin g parameters range. We characterize regions of ''harmless'' delays and those in which delay-induced oscillations appear.
