Abstract
Good correlations were found between the C-13- and N-15-NMR chemical s hifts of ylidic carbon and nitrogen and their partial charges, obtaine d by different semiempirical molecular orbital (MO) methods, of some 4 -substituted pyridinium dicyanomethylides.
