Sufficient BIBO-stability conditions are provided for the weighted min
imum uncertainty prediction controller. This controller minimizes a co
st functional which penalizes the predicted output uncertainty, the co
ntrol effort, and the tracking error. The BIBO-stability is addressed
by examining the worst case time-variant interval matrix representatio
