In this study, the vapor pressures of aqueous solutions of three organ
ic salts, benzyltrimethylammonium chloride, benzyltriethylammonium chl
oride, and benzyltributylammonium chloride, were measured from 298.15
K to 333.15 K, and the enthalpies of vaporization were estimated by th
e Clausius-Clayperon equation. The concentrations of salts ranged from
0.5 m (mol . 1000 g solvent(-1)) to saturation depending on the solub
ility of the salt.
