Abstract
The complete theory for the electromagnetic solution of the canonical representation of a coplanar integrated circuit structure is provided in the regime of moderate nonlinearity of a ferroelectic film sandwich ed between a superstrate and a substrate. The solution is valid for bo th second-and third-order polarization effects turned on. The relation ship to earlier work with only third-order polarization present is giv en.
