Abstract
Background: Papillary cystic tumour of the pancreas in children is a r are tumour. Methods: Ten patients admitted to The Hospital for Sick Ch ildren, Toronto, have been reviewed, and presentation and management a re documented. Results: One patient who had disseminated disease at pr esentation died. Conclusion: Excision of the tumour irrespective of si ze is recommended. Copyright (C) 1998 by W.B. Saunders Company.
