The solution structure of the 1:1 nogalamycin-d(ATGCAT)(2) complex, de termined from high resolution NMR data and refined using restrained mo lecular dynamics, reveals details of the interaction and preferred ori entation of the antibiotic at its high affinity 5'-TpG intercalation s ite.
