Abstract
Tracheocutaneous fistulas (TCF) occasionally follow pediatric tracheot omy decannulation, often requiring surgical treatment. Complications o f TCF closure are infrequent, but may include development of a cervica l aerocele. A case of cervical aerocele after TCF closure is described .
