Abstract
rt was established that few compounds from the class of polyoxometalat es, have biological activity. Our researches were concentrated on obta ining new compounds containing Sb(III) and Bi(III), which were chemica lly characterised. The studies made in the institute of Chemistry ''Ra luca Ripan'', in the Faculty of Pharmacy and Oncology Institute from C luj-Napoca show antiviral and antitumoral properties of these compound s.
