Abstract
The annealing of YBa2CuzO7-delta compounds (2.5 < z less than or equal to 3.5) in oxygen flow (at temperature of synthesis and following fas t cooling) leads io: (i) a reduction in homogeneity range; (ii) decrea sing of copper content influence on superconducting properties of samp les; (iii) considerable decreasing of Delta T-c value as a result of c ation and anion vacancies order.
