Abstract
The two body non-leptonic Lambda(b) decays are analysed in the HQET wi th factorization approximation and large N-c limit. In this limit, Lam bda(b) and Lambda(c) baryons can be treated as the bound states of chi ral soliton and heavy meson, and consequently the Isgur-Wise function comes out in a straight forward manner. The results obtained remain we ll below their previously predicted upper limit.
