Abstract
Preparation characterization and sintering of Pb1-1.5xLax square(0.5x) Hf(y)Ti(1-y)O(3) (PLHT) oxide powders from oxalic precursors. This pap er deals with the preparation of an oxalic precursor, containing lead, hafnium, titanium and lanthanum with Pb0,85La0,1[Hf0,5Ti0,5O(C2O4)(2) ], ZH(2)O general formula. The pyrolysis of this complex has been perf ormed with a slow heating rate. The thermolysis leads to the Pb(0,85)L a(0,1)square(0,05)(Hf0,5Ti0,5)O-3 oxide which was characterized by X-r ay diffraction, grain size distribution analysis and scanning electron microscopy. This oxide has been sintered (under PbO atmosphere).
