Abstract
Idiopathic palmoplantar hidradenitis is a new entity consisting of pla ntar or palmoplantar painful erythematous nodules which affect childre n in good health. The histopathologic study shows a neutrophilic hidra denitis. We report on 3 new cases of idiopathic plantar hidradenitis a nd review the literature.
