Abstract
This paper analyzes experimental data on the absorption of radio waves in the spectral range below 3 THz by atmospheric and pure water vapor . A new semiempirical model is proposed for the absorption of radio wa ves by atmospheric water vapor. The model is compared with Liebe's kno wn model [1, 2].
