We analyze the parameters of the side peaks of aperiodic auto-and cros
s-correlation functions of pseudonoise sequences formed by the algorit
hms for wideband chaotic signals that are generated by dynamic oscilla
tion systems with chaotic behavior. The correlation properties of such
sequences are shown to be practically coincident with those of random
processes and are close to the characteristics of PN-sequences. The a
lgorithm for wideband chaotic signals is a promising method for the fo
rmation of code signals of arbitrary lengths and of large-volume code
sets with prescribed properties.
