Abstract
The first total synthesis of NPTX-643, a neurotoxin of the Madagascar spider (Nephilengys borbonica) having a unique cadaverine - nor-putrea nine - putreanine acylpolyamine chain, has been achieved by using thre e key azide intermediates.
