Abstract
The self assembly of N,O-bis(trimethylsilyl)amino acids to form peptid es, mediated by o-phenylene phosphorochloridate, was investigated by p ositive ion fast atom bombardment and B/E linked-scan techniques witho ut isolation and purification prior to analysis. The expected results were confirmed by considering the fragmentation regularity of peptides . (C) 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
