The notion of a measurement-desynchronized control system is introduce
d. The equivalence of observations on half-intervals of the desynchron
ized system and its corresponding synchronous systems is proved. The p
roblem of minimizing the deviation of the solution of a perturbed desy
nchronized system front the solution of its corresponding perturbed sy
nchronous system is formulated. The effect of measurement desynchroniz
ation on the dynamics of the control system is discussed, and examples
are presented.
