CONCEPT OF BOND BLOCKS IN THE THEORY OF C OPOLYCONDENSATION

The notion of bond blocks is used to analyze the kinetics of copolycon densation and the structure of copolymers. It is demonstrated that thi s approach offers significant advantages as compared to the well-known kinetic and statistical descriptions. Indeed, the concept of bond blo cks is physically justified (in advantage to the statistical methods) and is capable of calculating the structural parameters of a gel fract ion (in contrast to the kinetic methods). An algorithm is suggested fo r the kinetic calculations based on the notion of bond blocks.
