Abstract
The work presented illustrates the feasibility of using radiotracers w ith size exclusion chromatography (SEC) as a means of studying the kin etics of metal-ligand interactions in environmental systems. To simula te such systems a pre-equilibrated Eu(III)-humic acid model system was chosen in which Eu-152m(3+) as a radiotracer was used to study the is otopic exchange between Eu3+ and Eu(III)-humic acid complexes.
