We study the process e(-)e(+) --> <(chi)over tilde>(0)(1)<(chi)over ti
lde>(0)(2) with the subsequent decay <(chi)over tilde>(0)(2) --> <(chi
)over tilde>(0)(1)l(+)l(-) into account the complete spin correlations
between production and decay. We present numerical results for the le
pton angular distribution and the distribution of the opening angle be
tween the outgoing leptons for root s = 182 GeV. We examine representa
tive mixing scenarios in the MSSM and study the influence of the commo
n scalar mass parameter m(0). For the lepton angular distribution, the
effect of the spin correlations amounts to up to 20%. The shape of th
e lepton angular distribution is very sensitive to the mixing in the g
augino sector and to the value of mo. We find that the opening angle d
istribution is suitable for distinguishing between Higgsino-like and g
augino-like neutralinos.
