Abstract
A water-soluble polymeric dye was used as separation carrier in electr okinetic chromatography. For separations of aromatic analytes, alterna tive selectivities as compared to a sodium dodecyl sulfate system were obtained. Separation performance in such a system was further influen ced and controlled by the application of a counter pressure from the c athodic side and by varying the modifier content over a wide range.
