In this paper we consider a simple analog neural network model consist
ing of two continuous nonlinear neurons with delay in signal transmiss
ion under appropriate restrictions on internal parameters. We derive c
onditions for the existence of single steady-state conditions for asym
ptotic stability, stability switches about the steady state, and bifur
