BREACHES IN THE BOARDROOM - ORGANIZATIONAL IDENTITY AND CONFLICTS OF COMMITMENT IN A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION

This paper takes a fresh look at organizational governance. Using qual itative methods and an interpretive perspective, the authors provide a thick description of the interplay between a large nonprofit organiza tion's board of directors and top managers.
