Abstract
The vectorial phase conjugation is examined using both the operation o f complex conjugation applied to the vector complex amplitudes of the electromagnetic field and the temporal reversion principle. The tempor al reversibility is discussed for the free electromagnetic field and t he phase-conjugate field generated in the four wave mixing.
