Abstract
This case report concerns a case of NHL which affected a 56 year-old p atient after cardiac transplantation. The patient was hospitalized bec ause of worsening congestive failure. Despite maximal medical treatmen t the patient continued to be in NYHA Class III-IV and underwent ortho topic cardiac allograft transplantation. The NHL developed in the CNS eighteen months after surgery and had a very quick lethal progression.
