Abstract
The eggs of Anopheles laneanus Correa and Cerqueira and Anopheles antu nesi Galvao and Amaral are described and illustrated with scanning ele ctron micrographs. The egg of An. laneanus is compared with those of A nopheles cruzii Dyar and Knab and Anopheles bellator Dyar and Knab, an d An. antunesi is compared with Anopheles lutzii Cruz and other Nyssor hynchus species.
