Bl. Kuzin et al., FUEL-CELL WITH A SOLID-ELECTROLYTE BASED ON BACEO3 AND ELECTRODES OF NONPRECIOUS MATERIALS, Russian journal of electrochemistry, 33(12), 1997, pp. 1371-1375
Electrochemical characteristics of a unit fuel cell H-2, Ni-cermet/BaC
e0.9Nd0.1O3-alpha/La0.8Sr0.2MnO3, air with electrodes 2.5-2.7 and abou
t 0.2 cm(2) in area are studied in the temperature region 700 to 900 d
egrees C. The current-voltage curves, the ohmic and electrode polariza
tions, and the contact resistance of the electrode-electrolyte interfa
ce are examined. Characteristics of the unit fuel cell tested for 107
h at 905 degrees C under a maximum load proved to be stable in time.
